Gail Corder Fischer
“I want to spark the difficult conversations on life, love, money, business, and justice that I believe we need to be having — so we can each be heard, gain a better understanding of one another, and where necessary, agree to disagree while still respecting one another’s lives and choices.
I emerged from a five-year court-ordered gag order with a sense of urgency to tell my story, and to use what I have learned throughout my rise from humble Louisiana beginnings to business phenom with incredible wealth — and across nearly a decade inside the American legal system — to help others avoid what I have lived through. This is what EverWorth is for.”
Gail Corder Fischer
Gail is a force of resilience, reinvention, and unfiltered truth.
A transplant to Dallas and Palm Beach from humble beginnings in Monroe, Louisiana, Gail co-founded Fischer & Company in 1985 and helped build it into the world’s largest and most prestigious exclusive commercial tenant and owner-occupier real estate services and technology firm. The company served Fortune 500 giants including FedEx, IBM, United Rentals, TIAA, and many others, becoming highly profitable under her leadership alongside Cliff Fischer, one of her business partners.
But success came at a price. Gail often jokes that her real education came from the School of Hard Knocks (undergraduate) and Screw U University (graduate degree), with an additional $25+ million, nine-year courtroom battle that served as the toughest law school imaginable.
Those battles taught her more about integrity, resilience, and the loneliness and brutal realities of fighting for what’s right than any traditional campus ever could.
Today, that hard-earned wisdom fuels everything she does. After decades of building and fiercely defending a business rooted in real communication, fairness, and long-term value, Gail founded EverWorth, an emerging brand dedicated to real, unfiltered conversations around life, love, money, and business.
Gail’s mission is simple yet powerful: help people break through glass ceilings, rewrite any limiting stories, and grow into confident, unstoppable versions of themselves.
